Our Stainless Steel 317L sheets and plates are composed of a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel alloy, featuring 18–20% chromium, 11–15% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum. The low carbon content helps reduce carbide precipitation during welding, which boosts resistance to intergranular corrosion. These products boast a tensile strength of about 515 MPa and a yield strength of roughly 205 MPa. SS 317L is known for its outstanding resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and general corrosion, particularly in acidic and chloride-rich settings. Additionally, they provide excellent formability, weldability, and high-temperature strength, making them perfect for critical applications.

High resistance to corrosion by chlorides and acids available as sheets and plates from a thickness of 3mm to 100mm in width to 2 meters. The hot-rolled product allows heavy usage because it produces a tough and durable finish.
With high corrosion resistance, the cold rolling provides cold rolled sheets and plates that range in thickness from 0.3mm to 6mm, with widths reaching up to 1.5 meters. In the case of cold rolling, it leaves the surface very smooth and precise for aesthetic and high-precision uses.
