Reputable Mumbai, India-based manufacturer and supplier Harsh Metalloys provides premium stainless steel 310/310S sheets and plates that are made to withstand high temperatures and corrosive conditions. To satisfy international quality standards, these sheets and plates are produced using premium raw materials and cutting-edge technology. Power generation, petrochemical, and furnace equipment are just a few of the industries that find SS 310/310S Sheets and Plates to be perfect for their exceptional mechanical strength, durability, and heat resistance. Harsh Metalloys is dedicated to providing both domestic and foreign markets with precisely engineered products, prompt service, and total customer satisfaction.
The 24–26% chromium and 19–22% nickel content of stainless steel 310/310S sheets and plates provide remarkable resistance to oxidation and high-temperature corrosion. Because Type 310S contains less carbon, there is less chance of carbide precipitation when welding. Even at temperatures as high as 1100°C, these alloys retain their structural integrity. They have an approximate elongation of 40%, a yield strength of 205 MPa, and a tensile strength of 515 MPa. Both grades have good formability and weldability, which allows them to be used in hot conditions without sacrificing durability or mechanical strength.

Hot-rolled sheets of Stainless Steel 310 are corrosion-resistant and resistant to corrosion and have high temperature stability. Available in sizes of 1.5 mm up to 25 mm thick, dimensions vary with customer requirements and offer robust performance in high-temperature applications.
Available in gauges from 0.4 mm to 3 mm thickness, these have excellent corrosion resistance and improved surface finish. Suitable for applications which require tight tolerance and smoothness of the surfaces, these have precision and strength.
The Stainless Steel 310 chequered plates offer corrosion resistance with the added feature of slip resistance. The thickness varies from 2 mm to 12 mm. They are applied in floorings and industries for better traction.
Stainless Steel 310 perforated sheets have available hole sizes and patterns that create aesthetic and practical benefits. Generally, thickness varies from 0.5 mm to 6 mm and finds application in filtration, ventilation, and decoration purposes.
The shim sheets are made of stainless steel 310S and are available in thickness ranging from 0.1 mm to 1 mm. The thin sheets produce exact gaps or spaces in mechanical assemblies for adjustment.
Stainless steel 310S polished plates combine corrosion resistance with high-quality finishes, both aesthetic and functional. They are available in 0.5 mm to 50 mm thickness and extensively used for decorative and high-end industrial applications.
Applications involving high temperatures and corrosive environments frequently use stainless steel 310/310S sheets and plates. Combustion chambers, heat exchanger parts, furnace linings, and thermal processing apparatus are among the common applications. They are perfect for reactor vessels, boiler casings and flue gas systems in petrochemical and power plants. They are also appropriate for cryogenic structures, incinerators, and kiln liners due to their exceptional heat resistance. Because of its lower carbon content, the 310S variant is especially advantageous for welded components. In challenging and hot industrial settings, these sheets and plates provide long-lasting performance, structural strength, and safety.
