Based in Mumbai, India, Harsh Metalloys is a well-known producer and supplier of high-grade stainless steel 305 sheets and plates. We provide products that satisfy international standards for a range of industrial applications, all while maintaining a strong commitment to quality and accuracy. Because of their good workability and moderate resistance to corrosion, SS 305 sheets and plates are particularly well-suited for cold forming and deep drawing processes. With a broad range of dimensions and thicknesses to suit client requirements, Harsh Metalloys consistently delivers quality and dependability to the food processing, pharmaceutical, automotive, and architectural industries..
Stainless Steel 305 Sheets and Plates have a higher nickel content than SS 304 and a low carbon content, with roughly 17–19% chromium and 10.5–13% nickel. Its resistance to mildly corrosive environments and cold workability are improved by this composition. The tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of these austenitic stainless steel sheets are approximately 515 MPa, 205 MPa, and 40%, respectively. When annealed, the material maintains its non-magnetic properties and is easily formed, stamped, or drawn, which makes it appropriate for structural applications and intricate shapes.

The 305 stainless steel in hot rolled sheets is corrosion-resistant, strong, and versatile. These sheets are usually available in various thicknesses between 1.5mm and 25mm and up to 2000mm in width. Ideally, they find applications in heavy-duty sectors and structural elements.
These cold-rolled plates have excellent corrosion resistance and a smooth, polished surface. They are available in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 3mm and widths up to 1500mm and are widely used in automotive, kitchen, and architectural applications.
Stainless Steel 305 chequered plates are surface patterned with slip resistance; they have a good corrosion-resistant property. It is available in 2mm to 10mm thickness and 1250mm width for use in flooring and stair treads.
The perforated stainless steel 305 sheets have been specially designed to exhibit excellent corrosion resistance, having holes for ventilation and aesthetic purposes. They usually vary in sizes ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm thickness. The sheet may be ordered as per required dimension and hole pattern.
Used for precise spacing and levelling, these shim sheets provide superior corrosion resistance. These are available in thicknesses ranging from 0.1mm to 3mm and in various dimensions and are ideal for mechanical and structural applications where exact tolerances are required.
Known for their excellent corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal, polished plates come in thickness from 0.5mm up to 50mm and up to 2000mm width. They are mainly used for decorative and high-visibility applications where a desired high-gloss finish is achieved.
Applications requiring high formability and moderate corrosion resistance frequently use stainless steel 305 sheets and plates. These are found in cookware, utensils, and deep-drawn kitchen sinks, as well as in equipment used in food and beverage processing where hygienic and aesthetically pleasing features are essential. Because of its clean finish and formability, SS 305 is also used in architectural panels, electrical components, and tanks used in chemical processing. Its exceptional cold forming properties and non-magnetic nature make it perfect for use in automotive trim, pharmaceutical equipment, and electronics housing—particularly in applications requiring intricate forming processes without sacrificing structural integrity.
