Harsh Metalloys, based in Mumbai, India, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of premium stainless steel valves designed for strength, accuracy, and resistance to corrosion. Our valves are built to the highest industry standards to provide perfect fluid and gas flow control in critical applications. We have a diverse array of stainless steel valves, including ball, gate, globe, check, and butterfly valves, available for use in industrial, commercial, and sanitary applications. With state-of-the-art technology, rigorous quality assurance, and customer-centricity, Harsh Metalloys provides efficient valve solutions to industries such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and water treatment.
Our valves of stainless steel are produced from high-grade materials like 304, 316, and 316L stainless steel comprising chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and molybdenum (2–3% in 316/316L) to improve resistance to corrosion, particularly in severe and chloride-laden environments. These valves have superior mechanical strength with tensile strength of 485–620 MPa and high elongation, which maintains their durability under pressure. Their non-reactive surfaces and strong construction render them suitable for high-temperature and corrosive media handling. Harsh Metalloys provides precise machining, leak-tight operation, and long life for every valve product.

At Harsh Metalloys, we specialize in quality products with emphasis testing procedures. Hardness testing is done along with chemical analysis using spectro analysis. PMI test, tensile test, and micro as well as macro structural tests are followed by pitting resistance and IGC tests for each product before it is certified to ensure superiority in performance by our material. Quality, in addition to all the necessary documentation, including commercial invoices, packaging lists containing net and gross weights, box numbers, labels, and a Certificate of Origin, legalized or attested by the Chamber of Commerce or Embassy accompany the Stainless Steel Valves supplied by us. Further, our Third-Party Inspection Certificate ensures complete satisfaction for customers on the price and delivery of our Stainless Steel Valves.
Yes, stainless steel valves require regular inspection to ensure proper functionality and to detect any wear or corrosion. Routine maintenance helps prevent system failures and extends the lifespan of the valves.
Yes, stainless steel valves can often be repaired if damaged, depending on the extent of the damage. Repairs may involve welding, machining, or replacing parts to restore functionality.
The pressure rating of stainless steel valves typically ranges from 150 to 2500 PSI, depending on the valve type and design. Higher ratings are available for specialized applications, such as in high-pressure systems.
Yes, stainless steel valves can be ordered in custom sizes and polishes to meet specific requirements. Many suppliers offer customization options for dimensions, finishes, and surface treatments. For more details mail us on sales@www.harshmetalloys.com
Valves made of stainless steel by Harsh Metalloys are used in numerous industries because they are strong, corrosion resistant, and reliable. In the oil and gas sector, they control high-pressure fluid and gas flows. In the food and pharma industry, they provide sanitary and contamination-free processing. Water treatment, chemical processing, HVAC, and marine industries also use these valves for accurate control of flow and longevity. Their ability to withstand extreme temperature conditions, chemical exposure, and fluctuating pressures renders them crucial in industrial, commercial, and environmental applications in critical fluid control systems.
