Harsh Metalloys is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Stainless Steel 321H Tubing in Mumbai, India, catering to various industrial sectors worldwide. SS 321H is a high-carbon version of Stainless Steel 321, specifically developed for improved high-temperature strength. This titanium-stabilized austenitic stainless steel tubing is designed to resist intergranular corrosion and oxidation, even in prolonged exposure to elevated temperatures. Our Stainless Steel 321H Tubes are available in seamless and welded forms, meeting standards such as ASTM A213 and ASTM A269. Ideal for applications involving continuous heating, these tubes offer superior weldability, durability, and mechanical integrity under thermal stress.
Stainless Steel 321H Tubing primarily consists of 17–19% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to standard 321. It also contains titanium, which stabilizes the structure against carbide precipitation. The material exhibits a minimum tensile strength of 515 MPa and yield strength of 205 MPa, with excellent creep resistance at temperatures above 538°C. SS 321H tubes maintain toughness and formability while offering excellent corrosion and heat resistance, especially in environments with high pressure and temperature, making them suitable for heat exchangers, superheaters, and chemical process systems.
