Stainless Steel 309S Tubing contains a high level of chromium (22–24%) and nickel (12–15%), providing exceptional resistance to oxidation and heat. As a low-carbon version of SS 309, it offers better weldability while reducing the risk of carbide precipitation. The tubing has a tensile strength of approximately 620 MPa, a yield strength of around 310 MPa, and good elongation properties. SS 309S maintains excellent mechanical performance at elevated temperatures, making it suitable for thermal processing and high-temperature structural applications
