Harsh Metalloys, Mumbai, India, is a reliable manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 420 Pipes, which are highly regarded for their hardness, strength, and resistance to wear. Produced from high-carbon martensitic stainless steel, our SS 420 pipes are expertly designed to excel in harsh conditions. Our SS 420 pipes are best suited for where applications need strong mechanical properties and average corrosion resistance. Offered in different sizes and thicknesses, Harsh Metalloys supplies 420 stainless steel pipes as per international quality standards for oil & gas, chemical processing, automotive, and engineering industries.
Stainless Steel 420 Pipes contain mostly 12–14% chromium and up to 0.15% carbon and thus are martensitic stainless steel with good hardenability. Through heat treatment, these pipes can achieve a tensile strength of 700 MPa and a Rockwell hardness of 50–55 HRC. Although they are moderately corrosion resistant, they are greatly sought after for their strength and abrasion and wear-resistance. SS 420 pipes also have good machinability and fair weldability, which makes them ideal for structural and pressure-bearing applications. Harsh Metalloys provides even wall thickness, precision finishes, and strong performance.
