Harsh Metalloys, a Mumbai, India-based reputed manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 201 pipes, specializes in providing strength, cost-effectiveness, and corrosion resistance. Suitable for numerous structural and industrial uses, our SS 201 pipes are designed to provide optimum performance in moderately corrosive environments. The state-of-the-art technology and rigorous quality control process for their production assure the best-in-class performance of these pipes. Strong distribution channel and a commitment to excellence, Harsh Metalloys is serving clients in the automotive, construction, furniture, and general engineering industry, hence becoming the go-to source for trusted stainless steel pipe solutions in India and worldwide.
Stainless steel 201 pipes consist primarily of chromium (16–18%), nickel (3.5–5.5%), and manganese (5.5–7.5%), with a lower percentage of nickel than 304 grade, hence being more cost-effective. These pipes have good mechanical strength with tensile strength between 520–750 MPa and fair ductility. Although SS 201 has slightly lesser corrosion resistance compared to 304, it has very good formability, hardness, and wear resistance. Harsh Metalloys strictly ensures each pipe is accurately manufactured, tested, and finished for long-term durability and maximum performance in challenging applications.
