316H stainless steel T-bars with excellent durability and corrosion resistance, used in structural applications and fabrication requiring high strength and heat tolerance.
Harsh Metalloys is a renowned manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 316H Bars based in Mumbai, India. These high-carbon version stainless steel bars are engineered to deliver superior strength at elevated temperatures, making them ideal for critical industrial applications. With enhanced mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance, SS 316H bars are widely used in high-temperature service environments. We offer these bars in various shapes, sizes, and finishes to meet specific client requirements. Our commitment to precision, quality assurance, and timely delivery makes us a preferred choice for clients across petrochemical, chemical processing, and power generation industries.
Stainless Steel 316H Bars are primarily composed of Chromium (16–18%), Nickel (10–14%), and Molybdenum (2–3%), along with higher carbon content (up to 0.10%) compared to 316/316L. This enhances high-temperature strength and creep resistance. These bars exhibit excellent tensile strength (~515 MPa), yield strength (~205 MPa), and good elongation (~40%). The material offers superior resistance to pitting, oxidation, and corrosion in chloride-rich and acidic environments, making it suitable for demanding applications requiring strength and reliability under heat and pressure.
