Harsh Metalloys, headquartered in Mumbai, India, is a trusted manufacturer and supplier of high-quality Stainless Steel 904L Forged Fittings. These fittings are engineered to provide outstanding strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and superior performance in highly aggressive environments. Available in a wide range of configurations—including elbows, tees, couplings, unions, and plugs—our 904L forged fittings comply with international standards such as ASTM A182. Designed for high-pressure piping systems, they are ideal for industries such as chemical processing, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and marine applications. Harsh Metalloys ensures precision, durability, and reliable service in every forged component delivered.
Stainless Steel 904L Forged Fittings are manufactured using a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel that includes 19–23% Chromium, 23–28% Nickel, 4–5% Molybdenum, 1–2% Copper, and low carbon. This composition offers exceptional resistance to sulfuric, phosphoric, and acetic acids, as well as to pitting and stress corrosion cracking. The fittings exhibit a tensile strength of approximately 71 ksi (490 MPa), yield strength around 31 ksi (220 MPa), and ~35% elongation. They maintain excellent formability, weldability, and impact resistance even under high pressure and elevated temperatures, making them ideal for severe operating environments.
