Stainless Steel 347/347H Forged Fittings are composed of 17–20% Chromium, 9–13% Nickel, and are stabilized with Niobium (with a minimum Nb content of 10 times the carbon content). SS 347H has a higher carbon content (0.04–0.10%) compared to SS 347, which improves its creep resistance during extended high-temperature use. These fittings boast a tensile strength ranging from 515 to 690 MPa and show excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion, oxidation, and thermal fatigue. They are non-magnetic when annealed and maintain their mechanical stability even under extreme temperatures and pressures.
