Their typical composition includes Chromium (18–20%), Nickel (8–11%), Carbon (0.04–0.10%), Manganese (≤2%), Silicon (≤1%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), and Sulfur (≤0.03%). The mechanical properties boast a tensile strength of at least 515 MPa, yield strength of at least 205 MPa, elongation of 40% or more, and hardness of no more than 95 HRB. These characteristics make 304H coils perfect for high-temperature applications in pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and structural components where superior mechanical performance is crucial.
