Stainless Steel 316H pipe fittings consist mainly of iron, 16–18% chromium, 10–14% nickel, 2–3% molybdenum, and a higher carbon content of 0.04–0.10% for improving the high-temperature strength. The fittings have good corrosion resistance, particularly in chlorides and acidic conditions. Mechanically, 316H fittings have a tensile strength of minimum 515 MPa, yield strength of minimum 205 MPa, and elongation of 35%, providing reliability and strength against high stress and temperature. Suitable for petrochemical, power, and marine applications, they do not lose their shape in harsh operating conditions.
