Harsh Metalloys offers stainless steel slip-on flanges constructed using grades of 304, 304L, 316, and 316L containing chromium (18–20%), nickel (8–12%), and molybdenum (2–3% in 316/316L) for increased corrosion and oxidation resistance. The tensile strength of these flanges ranges from 485–620 MPa along with high ductility. They can be easily aligned and welded to the pipe, and hence installation time is less. The flanges are pressure and dimensional tested, thus being suitable for long-term performance and high reliability in moderate pressure applications.
