Stainless Steel Ball Valves are made from austenitic stainless steel comprising 18–25% Chromium and 8–22% Nickel. Grades such as 316 and 904L also include Molybdenum, enhancing resistance to chlorides and aggressive chemicals. These valves offer tensile strengths of 485–750 MPa and yield strengths between 170–500 MPa depending on grade and heat treatment. The stainless steel body and precision-engineered ball ensure smooth rotation, leak-proof sealing, and resistance to pressure, corrosion, and high temperatures.
