Stainless Steel 304 Valves consist of Chromium (18–20%), Nickel (8–10.5%), Carbon (≤0.08%), Manganese (≤2%), Silicon (≤1%), Phosphorus (≤0.045%), and Sulfur (≤0.03%). These valves boast remarkable mechanical properties, featuring a tensile strength of 515–750 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, elongation of 40%, and hardness reaching up to 90 HRB. They perform reliably even under high pressure and temperature, resist scaling, and remain non-magnetic in their annealed state.
