Harsh Metalloys’ Stainless Steel Channels are widely available in grades including 304, 304L, 316, and 316L. These alloys consist of 16–20% chromium, 8–13% nickel, and 2–3% molybdenum in 316 grades, imparting high corrosion resistance and strength. These channels are available with tensile strength between 485–620 MPa and having good weldability, formability, and high resistance to extreme temperatures. Cold or hot rolled as per usage, SS channels are supplied with smooth finishes and tight dimensional tolerances, lending them to heavy-duty and esthetically sensitive applications.
