TC Liners are generally constructed from austenitic stainless steels like 304 or 316/316L, which contain 18–20% Chromium and 8–13% Nickel. The 316 grades also include 2–3% Molybdenum to enhance corrosion resistance. These materials provide impressive tensile strength ranging from 485–620 MPa and yield strength between 170–310 MPa. The low carbon content in 316L improves weldability and minimizes the risk of carbide precipitation. TC Liners are known for their excellent resistance to chemical corrosion and high temperatures, making them non-reactive and ideal for critical hygienic processing environments.
