Harsh Metalloys stands out as a top manufacturer and supplier of Stainless Steel 317L tubings, proudly based in Mumbai, India. We focus on providing corrosion-resistant tubing solutions that are perfect for tough chemical and high-moisture environments. Our SS 317L tubings are crafted from high-quality raw materials and utilize cutting-edge manufacturing techniques to guarantee exceptional performance, durability, and adherence to international quality standards. With a solid reputation in various sectors like chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, and marine applications, Harsh Metalloys is known for its quality, reliability, and prompt delivery both in India and around the globe.
Our Stainless Steel 317L tubings are made from a low-carbon, molybdenum-rich austenitic stainless steel alloy, featuring about 18–20% chromium, 11–15% nickel, and 3–4% molybdenum. The low carbon content significantly boosts resistance to intergranular corrosion after welding. These tubings boast a tensile strength of roughly 515 MPa and a yield strength of about 205 MPa. SS 317L tubings excel in resisting pitting, crevice corrosion, and chemical attacks, especially in acidic and chloride-heavy environments. Their remarkable strength, weldability, and corrosion resistance make them perfect for demanding industrial tubing applications.
