Stainless Steel XM19 Nuts are made from a nitrogen-strengthened austenitic stainless steel alloy composed of 20–23% Chromium, 11–13% Nickel, 4–6% Manganese, 1.5–3% Molybdenum, and 0.2–0.4% Nitrogen. This composition provides excellent corrosion resistance and enhanced mechanical strength. XM19 nuts exhibit tensile strength exceeding 125 ksi and yield strength near 100 ksi, with elongation values between 35–40%.
