Stainless Steel XM19 Bars are made from a nitrogen-enhanced austenitic stainless steel alloy comprising 20–23% Chromium, 11–13% Nickel, 4–6% Manganese, 1.5–3% Molybdenum, and 0.2–0.4% Nitrogen. This unique composition offers exceptional corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength, with tensile strengths above 125 ksi and yield strength around 100 ksi. XM19 bars show excellent elongation (35–40%) and maintain toughness even at low temperatures. Non-magnetic after cold working, these bars are ideal for machining and fabricating high-performance components in corrosive and demanding industrial environments.
